ENTREVISTA
¿Quieres decirnos tu nombre?

ENTREVISTA ORIGINAL
Would you like to tell us your name? How old are you?
My name is Edit Németh, I am 35 years old.

What country are you born? Where do you live now?
I was born in Hungary and I live here with my three daughters.

When did you start with this hobby? How did you start?
I took to any needlework thanks to my mother. She had taught me knitting, crocheting, embroidery, and soon I started to "solve" patterns on my own. I got acquainted with beading some 5 years ago. First I made simple things and then I began to create jewellery that needed more time and work. Due to the internet I got toknow more and more beaders.

Who are three artists who inspire you the most?
I was inspired mainly by foreign beaders' blogs. Among the Hungarian artists I admire the leather and beadwork of Zsuzsi Veres.
We started a club with some friends a year ago, and I am glad to be a member. Once a week we come together and take a look at each other's creations.

How many hours a week do you dedicate to this hobby?
I have never counted the hours how much I deal with beads, but as soon as I have nothing else to do I begin beading. You can crochet anywhere at any time …
As I am a housewife and mother I schedule my own time and I can devote time to my hobby whenever I want.

What other hobbies do you have?
Beside beading I love stained glass work very much. Designing, choosing glass, cutting, polishing and finally the "work of art" that is ready gives something extra to everyday life.
I am also interested in interior designing, I keep beautifying our flat and I like to give ideas to others. My daughters and I like having trips in the nature, cycling and trying out different things.
