4th CONTEST - FAIRY TALES

We are pleased to present the new contest BEADS PERLES.

Contest theme is going to be FAIRY TALES and you have to design a necklace worthy of the protagonists of the story.

There are two categories, on one hand you can design a necklace for the PRINCESS OF THE TALE, and on the other hand you can desing a necklace to the WITCH OF THE TALE.

At this contest there will be a prize for people who vote thanks to our last winners.

RULES
1 .- PARTICIPATION. To participate it is essential to appear or to be included in BEADS PERLES artists' list (on the right column). If you are interested in participating and you are not listed, send us an email and we will add you as soon as possible.

2 .- TERMS OF REGISTRATION. Registration period ends on 26th October, if you want to participate, simply send an email to beads.perles@gmail.com with the following data:
Your NICKNAME used on your pages (blog, Flickr or WEB)
NAME AND SURNAME
ADDRESS (Where you would like to receive the Prize in case you win)
E-MAIL
Also indicate us the category you want to participate (the Princess or the Witch, or even in both categories).
These data will be confidentially treated and it will be only sent to the Sponsors stores in case you win.

3 .- CREATION PERIOD. The creation period ends on 20 November 2009. It is compulsory to receive all participants’ photos before this date. Photos must be sent to our e-mail address (beads.perles@gmail.com). Any photo received after this date will be excluded from the contest.

4 .- SIGNATURE OF DESINGS' PICTURES. In no way pictures can include any logo, text, signature, avatar, etc, that may identify or make recognizable her/his creator.

5 .- VOTTING PERIOD. The votting period will last for 6 days (3 days for each category).

6 .- VOTE TERMS. On November 23, 2009 we will publish all photos for the first category (Princess) and the voting period will last for 3 days, until November 26 at 12 noon. On November 26 we will publish all photos for the second category (Witch) and the voting period for this category will last for another 3 days, until 29 November at 12 noon.

7 .- ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS. On November, 30th we will announce the end of the contest and then winners will be published officially.

8 .- WHO MAY VOTE. Its only allowed one vote per person per category, and may only vote those artists who appear on our list of artists, so if you plan to vote and you are not listed, send us an email with a link to your websites and after we review it, you will be included in the list.

9 .- VOTING. Votes will be made through comments on your favourite photo.When you open the comments window, you need first to write the commentary to the photo and then you have to identify yourself, this requires a choice of 4 ways to identify and only the 3rd one is valid: NAME / URL

You will have to fill two tables: your NICKNAME, that you use at your web pages, and your URL, by pasting the link to one of your websites (listed).

10 .- There will be only one winner per each category.

11 .- Participants are not allowed to display/show their contest pictures on any other website till the announcement of the winners. Nor will seek the vote in any web, either, Blogs, galleries, forums, etc.. At the time that a participant fails to break this rule he or she will be immediately disqualified and get out from the contest.

12 .- Each participant can send a maximum of 4 original handmade designs by category, indicating in which category wants to participate:

13 .- PRIZE. Apart from the obvious mention of the winner in our Blog, there is a monetary award. The prize is 100 Euros per category to spend on material purchased in the store that sponsors the category.
